RE: [TSVN] Question and problem(revised)

Dear Sir

        Thanks a lot .....I try to write my actions more clear

        Ver: SVN_ver.jpg(see attached file)
        The steps are:
        1. Using "SVN Checkout" to checkout a folder to my desktop and
rename to "IP", the full path on SVN server includes chinese folder name(see
checkout.jpg)
        2. I modify the file in "IP" and use "SVN commit" to uload to server
, it is ok(see commit.jpg)
        3. I modify again with the same file and use "SVN commit", but ita
fails and alert the errr message(see out-of-date.jpg)

        Anyone knows what happen and how to resolve?
