Looks like that.
 
> ftp.berlios.de/pub/tortoise/ is alive (but empty)

We never moved anything into that directory, because we have to upload
everything via scp and move it manually to the ftp server.

I already registered tortoisesvn on sourceforge. It's half a day's work for
me to move everything over...
