[TSVN] Problems in building Tsvn

Hi,

In trying to build TSvn, the BuildLog.htm report inside
TortoiseShell/Debug shows this:

>>cannot open file
'Subversion\Debug\subversion_netless\libsvn_diff\libsvn_diff-1.lib'.

There is no directory named subversion_netless in Subversion\Debug,
however there is one inside Subversion\Release.

My build command was >build.bat

Have I missed something?

NOTE: The build needs Neon version 0.24.7. The latest version 0.25.0
does not work as it is not backwards compatible. [Found this the hard
way :( ]
