[TSVN] TortoiseSVN settings change

Using TortoiseSVN 1.2 nightly build r3241.
Windows 2003
When using the settings dialog box, if I happen to look at the
"Overlays" (sub-section of 'look and feel') tab and then go back
to the main tab without changing anything and press ok or apply
I get a message that the overlays have been changed and will
change after a reboot.
A picture is provided showing the message.
