[TSVN] Two small issues

Hi,

Got 2 small issues with TSVN 1.1.7 here:

1. Ignored directories are sometimes show as non-versioned by the column
provider. If i reverse sorting in explorer (detailed list, dirs last),
they usually show correctly as ignored. If i revert sorting to normal they
show up wrong.

2. When committing, log messages containing a leading space are saved in
the history combobox without leading space.
