Hi Paul

> Dear Luebbe,

Since you're asking kindly, I'm not going to flame you that much :-), but
one of the first things you can read on the TortoiseSVN web page is "don't
mail the project owners directly, all mails go to the TortoiseSVN developer
list".

I CC'd the mailing list, so please respond to the list from now on and not
directly to me.

The error message tells you that the databases are incompatible. You also
downloaded a really old version of TortoiseSVN (we are at 1.1.5 now) which
is incompatible to Subversion 1.1.4 when you are using the file:// protocol.
I wonder how and where you managed to dig out that old release, since only
the current release is shown on our download page.

Get a current TSVN Installer and everything will be fine.

Cheers
- Lübbe
