[TSVN] Commit window, file list column widths

Hi all

Using r3230.

When the commit window opens, the columns in the file list resize themselves
so that all of the filename fits into that column. Sometimes this will
cause a horizontal scroll-bar to appear if there are long path/filenames to
commit. If there is spare space, the lock column gets it (but probably
doesn't need it? I don't know what gets output there because I haven't
installed SVN 1.2 to the server yet - will it be usernames? Or yes/no?

Could the behaviour be changed so that the _other_ columns are sized first
(because their contents can be known ahead of time since they are mostly
TSVN-defined constant length strings), and then the file column be allocated
whatever horizontal space is left over?

This way, it would behave more like Windows Explorer, which remembers column
width settings, and displays ... if a filename overflows the width (it does
not resize the column by itself). If there is spare space, there is a blank
column that takes it up (but I never saw the point of that - I'd prefer
spare space to be allocated to the file column).
