[TSVN] Log window width

Hi

Am using r3230
 
When I open the log window, it remembers the last size it was opened fine.
However, I have it open wide enough such that the message strings display
... when there is still lots of whitespace left to potentially put more
characters in.

Is it feasible to make the ... only appear at the far right of the message
column?
