I think it's ok that you're listed there. That field is reserved for

That's why I suggested dropping it. Use <filename> instead of <application>
when we are talking about .exe files and get rid of <application> everywhere
else. Document it in hacking.
I also suggest to put either <systemitem class="url"> or <literal> around
every protocol we mention, like file:// svn:// etc.
More work for your find-in-files tool :-)
