The great thing about doing an indentation change is that it makes it
look like I wrote every single line of the docs when you run Blame ;-) I
have done some biggish hacks, but most of it was already written long
before I got here.

How do you get around this in section 3, not translating command lines?

Agreed. I will set my find-in-files tool to work ...

The only reason to use such a tag is if we want that word to appear in a
different font (duh - obvious). Personally I find it annoying when every
instance of a program name appears in a special font or looks like a an
advert, eg.

*PowerPoint* (TM) (C) 2005 Microsoft Corporation is a whizzy wig
application. You'll love all it's new feechers, and in version 6 of
*PowerPoint* (TM) (C) 2005 Microsoft Corporation you can really make
your screen wiggle. To install *PowerPoint* (TM) (C) 2005 Microsoft
Corporation, just click on the setup icon, choose a folder to install
*PowerPoint* (TM) (C) 2005 Microsoft Corporation, then click OK.

It could be useful when you need to distinguish the application name of
a .exe file and make it appear in (say) a monospaced font, but we could
also use <filename> for that purpose.
