[TSVN] Feature request

Hi all

Am using TSVN nightly, v1.2.0.3197.

In the log window, in the files pane, I would like a further option on the
context menu: "open with..." that spawns the Windows application picker
dialog to choose an app to open the file with.

I would like this because sometimes I don't want to open a file in the
default application (often visual studio); sometimes I would like to open
the file in something different (like TextPad).

Also, it appears that there is no default choice in this context menu;
usually, the default one (that happens on double-click) is highlighted in
bold.
