[TSVN] Minor error in english GUI text

Hi Steve,

I'm not sure if this is still present in HEAD (I've got rev. 3074
ATM), but the following entry in the Tortoise.pot file is not correct
(line 1748):

Locks files for other users and makes it editable by you.

It should be either "Locks a file ... it ..." or "Locks files ... them
..."

I suggest to use the single file version.
