[TSVN] time is changed wrong time in Log Dialog.

Hi all...

I found a minor bug in Log dialog.

1. Power off my repository server.

2. "Show Log" in working copy.

3. error message is "Can't connect ...",
   then "From" and "To" in log dialog is changed wrong time.
   From : 2106-02-07
   To : 1970-01-01

4. Power on my repository server.

5. In this condition, "Show All" works correctly.
6. but "Next 100" doesn't work correctly.
   error message is "wrong parameter..."
