I think that's a perfect candidate for the new tsvn_app_howto.xml part.
Something like "how do I undo committed changes" (ok, that's lame, but
I'm sure someone will come up with a better title).
Then, mention
- 'revert....' from the log dialog
- merging
- svn dump with svndumpfilter (in case you need to erase whole
revisions from the repository too).
