[TSVN] TSVN Repo-Browser problem.

I've noticed a problem with browsing the repository when importing data
into the repository using a file url that contains a space in it.

Eg. (To reproduce problem.)

* Create repository at location "c:\data\test repos"
* Imported Project1 directory with files file1.txt, file2.txt, file3.txt
  using the url "file:///c:/data/test repos/Project1"
* Goto Repo-Browser using url "file:///c:/data/test repos/Project1"

Attempt to expand the "Project1" directory and Project1 ends up show four
times. Take a look at the before and after pictures.

If I put an underscore replacing "test repos" with "test_repos",
everything works.
