[TSVN] svn/tortoise - binary files....

hi.

can SVN/Tortoise handle binary files. i've discovered that trying to
import/add binary ".doc' files into an svn repository seems to be having a
serious amount of issues (overflows, etc...)

can svn/tortoise handle binary files in the repository???

i had assumed it could!
