Its working again. I guess the reboot fixed it.

When I called "Create Patch..." the context menu closed and then nothing
happened. The save dialog didn't appear. The explorer window froze and didn't
show any reactions to any mouse clicks. Killing the explorer process and
trying again didn't help either.
