[TSVN] Bug/Feature request

We have a number of large files (>500M) that sometimes need to be SVN
renamed. Unfortunately, when this is done with TortoiseSVN, there is a
real lack of user feedback that it is still processing the rename. Is
it possible to give some sort of user feedback when Tortoise is still
processing this rename?
What we are seeing is users performing other operations on files that
are still being handled by the TSVN rename (as evidenced by the process
still existing with CPU time). For large files, you can watch as TSVN
creates the newly renamed (added) file, wait a number of seconds (5-6
average) before the originally renamed file disappears. Obviously,
nothing can be done about the Windows refresh issues, but some form of
user feedback would go a long way to prevent people from interfering
with TSVN's work while doing the new addition and deletion of those
large files.

Thanks for the great work.
