[TSVN] Tortoise error: svn.exe - Entry Point Not Found

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been using the command-line svn.exe for a while now and it has
worked like a charm.

Suddenly, I upgraded to 1.1.5 and I am getting the following error:

title: svn.exe - Entry Point Not Found
message: The procedure entry point libintl_printf could not be located
in the dynamic link library intl.dll

I have searched the FAQ and the internet, but I cannot find anything
like this issue. I tried to reinstall 1.1.3, but I had the same problem.

Do you have any suggestions?
