15 is the absolute limit and TortoiseCVS and Explorer (Link, Shared...)
uses some. If you have TortoiseCVS and TortoiseSVN installed you will
miss the added icon of TortoiseSVN, because they need more overlays.

Maybe we should knock on Microsoft's door and ask for an explorer patch
;-) I even don't know why there is a limit of 15 at all...
