[TSVN] Help please!!!!

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
:(
I have this when trying to use a LAN with TortoiseSVN. I have a server
and i create a repository, then i start the server just like said in
the tortoise help. When i try to import the project from the client or
use the reporitory browser I get

...No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I search about it and is something like a winsoket error or a firewall
problem... but in my case is not that...
Please help me
