[TSVN] cannot input Japanese with 'kanchoku win'

Hi

I just upgraded TSVN from 1.1.3 to 1.1.5 and found that
I cannot input Japanese anymore in 1.1.5.

I'm using 'kanchoku win' as IME that is very unpopular
program to input japanese.
you can download 'kanchoku win' from following address.(in japanese)
http://www.sato.kuis.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~yuse/tcode/kw/

manual page of the program says

'kanchoku win' is not really a IME. it simplly send WM_CHAR
messages to the window that has focus.

so, I guess that the problem has something to do with
a following line in Changelog.txt of TSVN.

   Version 1.1.4
   - BUG: Special/Invalid chars could be entered for log messages. (Stefan)

I would appreciate the option to enable Special chars in log messages.

thanks in advance.
