We can show the context menu depending on the shift key pressed while
right-clicking. That's what the explorer already does for some commands
(e.g. if you hold shift down while you right-click on a file, the "open
with..." entry shows up no matter if the filetype already is assigned
with a program or not).

But: we had once the "update to revision" entry made that way, but users
complained that they couldn't find that entry and just assumed that TSVN
couldn't do that!

Hmmm - we *could* however show a hint in the error message we throw if a
lock fails that to force the lock a shift-right-click is needed.
What do people think about that?
