[TSVN] width of url entry fields

Hi,

(I hope this actually gets through, the link on
http://tortoisesvn.berlios.de/issues/index.php?order=id&sort=desc&status=all
is broken)

most of the entry fields / comboboxes for urls in Tortoise Subversion
are not wide enough to actually contain the type of text they are
meant to contain, e.g.:

http://svn.somecompnany.com/repositories/repository1/branchx.y.z/libraryx/trunk

This applies to the repository browser as well as to the checkout dialog.

My suggestion: Make these dialogs resizable (and of course resize the
input fields with them).
