[TSVN] Feature Request: log messages in commit dialog

Sometimes I enter a rather lengthy log message in a commit dialog. If
I hit OK and then the commit fails to connect, I don't have the option
to try the same commit (files and log message). This isn't a big deal,
but when I'm on a unreliable connection with my laptop it can be an
inconvenience to have to retype the exact same log message and also
select/deselect appropriate files.
