Further down I state that it's a fix for unwanted behaviour.

Turns out it's really a fix that *introduces* unwanted behaviour, then.

The bug doesn't exist in the 1.1.4 libs that the TSVN 1.1.5 RC is built upon?
What does and doesn't make sense now?

That's two completely different and unrelated arguments.

I'm not requesting that 1.1.5 have features added in any way.

I'd say that your other arguments are hardly proper, but I can't
