No, no, no!
TortoiseSVN is a separate program. Yes, it links against a specific
Subversion library, but it also links against apr, apr-util, neon,
bdb, ...
And you wouldn't suggest to make TSVN use the same version number as those too.

Also, we already add the Subversion version number to the end of our
installer file (which, btw I only do because people wanted that, but I
never was happy about that). I think that's more than enough.

What I really don't get: why is the Subversion version so important?
