[TSVN] How does Tsvn Commit dialog map to "svn commit"?

Hi Dev's,

I was wondering if it is possible to implement multiple changesets in
Tsvn (something like how they do it in Perforce - with its many
resultant advantages), and was curious, how does the Tsvn commit
dialog map to the command line "svn commit"?

'svn commit' takes only one path to commit as an option. So how does
Tsvn manage to not include some directories and files in the commit if
the user had deselected them in the list of modified files?

thanks,
-anir
