[TSVN] Can't read black on black in Tortoise message boxes!

The text color in message boxes is always black. Now since I have low
vision, and am forced to use High Contrast Black as my color scheme, it is
impossible to read black text on a black background.

I am using version 1.1.3, build 2502 of TortoiseSVN. I noticed in the
change log for version 1.1.3 that a change was made to fix this problem:
"- CHG: adjusted the messagebox colors to system
       colors. (Stefan)"
Now either this change did not make it into version 1.1.3 or else something
else may have gone wrong.

I also noticed Stefan's comment in the same change log:
"I think users who set the dialog background to red are crazy anyway :)
(Stefan)"
Please don't knock people's choice of colors - you don't know what visual
handicap may have required the choice of those colors. But I did notice the
:)

If I could successfully download the source code, I'd take a look at this
problem myself, but I can't get around the authentication errors!

Best wishes
Mihály Zsadányi
