[TSVN] ShowLog dialog over ssh and password

Probably been asked before but:

I use cygwin's ssh for my ssh client to access repo's of svn+ssh. Most
actions only prompt me once for my password per action, but show log
seems to execute the ssh client twice, so I have to enter the password
twice to do a show log.

What actions is show log doing to require it to invoke the ssh client twice?
