[TSVN] 2870: TSVNCache deadlock

From: Molle Bestefich <molle.bestefich_at_gmail.com>

Hello

TSVNCache deadlocked on me.

I had just logged in, Explorer hung when it was coming up.
Start menu area partly drawn (only gay blobs), Desktop area not redrawn.
I have a checked-out folder on the Desktop which might have triggered something.

Killing TSVNCache solved the problem - Explorer un-hung immediately.

Screenshots attached.

Note that TSVNCache seems to have only two threads in the first
screenshot (overview screen), where the later shot of a "Properties"
view of the same process shows four threads. Hm?...

Screenshots:
11 - Overview -> Explorer
12 - Overview -> TSVNCache
13 - Properties / Threads -> TSVNCache

I'm unsure how to further pursue this, ideas welcome.
