I know - I kept all of Simons commit mails to the docs so I can spot
what need's to be done. Not quite the best way to go...

- with many languages, you'll have big files where you have to scroll
a lot to find your language.

I like that way!

Just a couple questions:
- how to generate the po files from the xml doc files?
- how to generate the xml files from the po files again
- the tools to do that must be able to run on windows, otherwise I
won't be able to build the chm docs
