[TSVN] Again: Bug on checkout under Windows XP

Hi,

when I got no answer on my bug report, further investigation
revealed that the error message was buggy.
Problem was that two files, let's say a.GIF and a.gif in the
Unix repository would checkout to the file a.gif under Windows.
After resolving this under Unix, a checkout was possible.

A nice error message could be like this:

Checkout not possible:
distinct files "a.GIF" and "a.gif" in the repository would be
mapped to the same file "a.gif" in the working copy
