1) There is a bug in 1.1.3 that prevents TSVN dealing with spaces in
URLs. Please use a nightly build or go back to 1.1.2 if you are forced
to use spaces in URLs.

2) SVN automatically creates a subdirectory for your copy even if the
directory you want to copy to has the same name. It also can't create
intermediate directories as you found out yourself from the list. This
is a known "limitation" which should be fixed in one of the next SVN
releases.
