[TSVN] Request: double-click on "Missing" files in commit window invokes registered editor

I just tried to commit a directory that had a file _not_ in it, listed
correctly as missing in the commit dialog. I double-clicked on it (since I
didn't remember what it was), and this attempted to invokemy merge app, but
with only the one file as an argument. Because the thing to compare the
base to is missing, quite rightly.

In situations like this, would it be possible to get TSVN to invoke the
registered application, to view the file, instead of whichever merge tool is
configured? (I realise I can just open it from inside the .svn directory to
have a look)
