Again why?
It makes sense in a way to show only the updated revisions, but I don't see
a reason why viewing the log should be crippled in a particular situation.
Currently the dialog is just raising false expectations (at least for me).
If that *really* is desired behaviour, then the show log button should read
'show log for updated revisions only' and 'fetch all' and 'stop on copy'
should be gone. If we really want to be able to identify the revisions that
came with the update, I'd suggest to fetch the standard number of revision,
allow 'fetch all' and 'stop on copy' and highlight the revisions in question
with a different colour.
