[TSVN] Show log behaves differently

Hi Folks,

Everything done on trunk with r2729 (yesterdays nightly)

If I 'show log' from the update dialog, the 'fetch all' and 'stop on copy'
items get deactivated while the log messages are fetched and are not enabled
after fetching them. Only the first six log messages are shown.

If I 'show log' from the context menu, everything behaves as expected. Many
log messages are shown and the items are enabled after fetching the messages

If I 'show log' from the repobrowser, everything behaves as expected as
well. The only difference is that 'stop on copy' is enabled by default,
which it isn't in the other two cases.

I think this is a little inconsistent or is there any particular reason for
the differences?
