[TSVN] Changes to the DUG

Hi Lübbe,

I was looking at the help file just now and thinking that we could
arrange some of the DUG chapters more logically. Show Log is really
important but it's near the bottom. Diffing is hidden away in WC status
and really deserves its own small chapter.

How about changing the grouping and order for the first few to:

Getting started
  Context menus (was Handling TSVN)
  Authentication
Import
Checkout
Commit
Update
Conflicts
Getting Status Information
Revision Log Dialog
Showing Differences (new chapter)
Adding
Ignoring
Deleting, Renaming, Moving
Undoing changes
Subversion Properties (was Get/Set information about files/directories)
Branching / Tagging
Merging
Patches
Blame
Rev graphs
Repo browser
Relocate
Bugtrackers
Settings
Final step

I have shortened some names only to save typing. The ones I really want
to change are shown in brackets.
