This looks like a good candidate for that new "How do I ... " section
you mentioned.

For the branch/tag dialog, I think it would be useful to add a text
field reminding you where the tag is being taken from (path@HEAD or WC
with local mods).

It could be useful to add a 'revision:' editbox for the server copy (and
a showlog button to pick the rev). But maybe this is just unnecessary
work when there are other ways of doing the same thing.

I am just looking at the doc for branch/tag in our manual and it is a
bit out-of-date. Time for a spot of editing ...
