I agree. But people have to know that they should only ask question for
problems not only they have with their specific setup. Oh, and they
should first use the search function in the FAQ!

That might be a good idea.
I was thinking of replacing the FAQ in our docs with a section called
"How do I..." and then put some common cases in there:
- get a deleted file back?
- Undo changes from one or more revisions?
- ...
