A dialog asked me to submit a crash report.
Where should I send the crash report?
Thunderbird started up when I said to submit the crash report, but no
email address was filled in.

BTW, here is the description I wrote. I have two files saved - .dmp and
.xml - that I could send.

Crash Report for TortoiseSVN : 1, 1, 3, 2502

I right-clicked on the folder that is the root of my project.
I chose Properties.
I clicked on the Subversion tab on the Properties dialog.
I clicked on the Show Log button.
I clicked on the Statistics button on the Log Messages dialog.

BTW, many times I get the error
        Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
        Unable to open the repository \'file:///Subversion/Projects\'
The rep is at file:///Subversion/Projects, but I have not been able to
use that form of address even with the command-line version \'svn\'.
