[TSVN] External diff broken with TSVN 1.1.3 (2502)

Until 1.1.2 I could use CSDiff (4.2) to display the results of diff from the
"Commit" window just before committing. Since 1.1.3 this no longer works.
CSDiff shows up as if not given the two expected file names to compare as
parameters.

Can we expect to get this back in the next release ?
