OK, I have 13 listed. I guess firefox added 'Offline Files'. What I
don't understand is why TCVS is still taking precedence. Maybe I need to
uninstall/reinstall TCVS.

If someone could track down a way of sharing overlays with TCVS that
would help a lot, especially with the new requirements for Lock, and
possibly FetchingStatus.
