[TSVN] Added icon missing

Hi Folks,

I have just noticed in build 2669 that I don't see the added icon after
I add files. Everything works OK, but the overlay is not present.

It seems unlikely that I have run out as I have had TCVS installed for
some time, and as I understand it, we take priority over TSVS. The InCVS
icon is definitely there, so I would expect to see all ours too. They
are all present in the overlay chooser.

I have tried rebuilding the icon cache, and disabling the external cache
(a very long shot).

If I have run out of overlays then it has happened very recently. The
only thing I can think of that I have installed recently is Firefox. Is
there any way of discovering which overlays are installed in the 15
slots?

Also, as I am now using recursive status, when one of the overlays is
missing, that propagates up through the WC and makes higher levels look
unversioned too.
