Yes. Virus scanners, editors. Whatever. Try to reboot or logoff and run
cleanup on your working copy. That should finish the action. If not you have
to go for a fresh checkout.

This message comes directly from the subversion libraries. TSVN cannot
decide what caused the post commit action (client side) to fail.
