Ok, the new test tool is uploaded to the website (replaced the old version):
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/files/documents/406/20668/RegExpTest.exe

This one has the MULTILINE flag set. So please try it out if '^' now
works as you expect.

I'll commit the changes to TSVN as soon as you tell me it works for you ;)
