OOps. Yes, TSVN stores the pw in the registry. But be glad that TSVN
stores it there: Subversion (the CL client) stores it in a file in the
config area! The registry is at least protected so other users can't
read it (without special tools anyway). A simple file can be read by
everyone.

That's strange! I haven't changed anything in the source (of that
specific file/function) which might make this break!
Can you please try again and make absolutely sure you checked the box
"save password"?
