When I deleted the key that referred to the certificate, I removed
the password
as well! It *was* under the registry branch:
HKCU\Software\tigris\org\Subverion\Servers\MY_SERVER\

However, after reinstalling the new P12, and using it, there *is* no
password stored in the registry. Possibly, something has changed between
versions!

I started using TSVN at TortoiseSVN-1.1.1-UNICODE_svn-1.1.1.msi. I am now
using TortoiseSVN-1.1.3-UNICODE_svn-1.1.3.msi.

Maybe this problem has been fixed.

However - there is a new problem: TSVN isn't storing P12 password at all.
Steps are:
1. User initiates access to SVN repository over HTTPS with client
authenication
2. TSVN prompts for .P12 (Open Client Cert File dialog)
3. User points to .P12; enables "Save Client Certificate"
4. TSVN prompts for password (Authentication dialog).
5. User enters password and enables "Save Authentication".
6. TSVN completes SVN transaction.
....
Repeat step 1.
TSVN prompts for theP12 password (even though we have asked it to
Save Authentication!)
