That's what I am doing. I run a script as user 'svn' on our server.
Afterwards all our hooks are in place, commit e-mails are going to the users
passed on the command line, the basic branches/tags/trunk folders are there
and the tsvn:bugtraq properties are set. Takes me 30 seconds now to set up a
new project.
