Even though I think that "Re-home" would be better, I have to agree
with Lübbe here. Changing the name of a command to something else than
the CL client uses is a very bad idea.
But: TSVN already shows a BIG warning dialog before the relocate
command is actually executed. In that dialog, TSVN explains that
'relocate' is _not_ 'switch' and that users should use 'switch'
instead.
So I think if now people still use relocate instead of switch then it
serves them right to get a corrupted working copy - some people don't
listen and only learn from their own mistakes...
